The T.M.G. machine park includes more than 20 units dedicated to the production of precision mechanical components.
The variety of technologies available lets us choose the most suitable production cycle based on geometry, material, diameter, quantity and the specific requirements of each order.
We operate sliding-headstock (Swiss-type) CNC lathes, single- and twin-spindle lathes, bar-feeder systems and robotic cells, as well as vertical and horizontal milling centres.
| Sliding-headstock (Swiss-type) CNC lathes | Ø 3 – Ø 32 mm |
| Twin-spindle CNC lathes, 2 turrets | Ø 20 – Ø 65 mm |
| Twin-spindle CNC lathes, 1 turret | Ø 20 – Ø 100 mm |
| Single-spindle CNC lathes, 1 turret | Ø 10 – Ø 90 mm |
| Milling centres | vertical and horizontal, 3-4 axes |
Turning is one of T.M.G.’s core production areas.
Sliding-headstock, single-spindle and twin-spindle CNC lathes allow us to produce mechanical parts in a range of diameters and levels of complexity, handling repeat production runs as well as highly customised machining.
Automatic loading systems and robotic cells help make the production cycle more continuous and efficient.
Vertical and horizontal 3- and 4-axis milling centres extend T.M.G.’s production capabilities, allowing complex geometries to be machined and finished with high precision.
The integration of turning and milling lets us handle different production stages in-house and choose the process best suited to each component.
Production is supported by equipment dedicated to secondary operations and component finishing, including an industrial parts washer, automatic saw, surface grinder and tumbling machine.
This allows several stages to be integrated within the same production process.
Precision continues after machining
Producing a precise component means being able to measure it just as precisely before final delivery.
That is why T.M.G. has a climate-controlled metrology room equipped with state-of-the-art measuring instruments, including:
All managed and calibrated in compliance with standards.
